Full Transparency: see our prices and let others bid
Two things most contractors won't show you: how our prices compare with published cost-guide averages, and real competing bids on real jobs.
Price Transparency Table
Our typical price next to the published cost-guide average for 10 common jobs, with an honest label: lower, about average or higher, and by how much. Every average links to its source.

With the customer's OK, we post jobs anonymously (town, scope, size, our bid) and invite other contractors to bid. If someone beats us for the same scope, the customer gets connected with them.
See open jobsWhy we do this
A Best Price Guarantee only means something if you can check it. The price table shows where we land against published averages, and the bid board lets other contractors actually compete on the same scope. Both update on their own as we log quotes and as bids come in.
What we never publish
No customer names, street addresses, phone numbers or emails. Jobs show the town, the type of work, the scope and the size. Bidders' contact details are seen only by us.
